Information you choose to share
The contact form prepares a message locally in your browser. The site does not upload or store the name, email address, topic, or message you enter. Information reaches TTNGH only after you choose “Open email app” and send it through your own email provider.
Please do not include medical records, passwords, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information. Information that you send may be used to answer an enquiry, discuss a programme or support request, coordinate volunteering or partnerships, or provide verified donation information.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is blocked until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice. If enabled and configured, it can measure visits, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, page views, and interactions. It uses first-party identifiers such as the _ga cookie. TTNGH does not intentionally send contact-form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying form data to Analytics.
Advertising storage, ad personalisation, and marketing consent remain disabled. Choosing “Essential only” before Analytics runs prevents its tag from loading. If you change your choice after allowing Analytics, the site disables further collection and attempts to remove its first-party Analytics cookies. You can change the choice at any time through “Cookie notice” in the footer. A browser Do Not Track preference is also respected by the site implementation.
Search visibility, SEO, and AEO
Public page text, metadata, sitemaps, and structured data help search engines and answer engines understand the site. These publishing features do not intentionally collect contact-form contents.
Google Search Console may provide TTNGH with search-performance information such as queries, impressions, clicks, pages, country, and device categories. Search Console reporting comes from activity on Google services; it is separate from the optional Analytics tag on this website.
Essential storage and technical logs
The site uses browser local storage to remember whether you selected essential-only storage or allowed analytics. The choice includes a date and does not contain your form message.
The hosting provider or content-delivery network may process routine security and delivery logs, such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and error or threat signals. Those records should be access-limited and retained only as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
External services
Opening your email app, calling a telephone number, following a social-media link, or using another external service takes you outside this website. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
If TTNGH's public Google Calendar is configured, it loads only after you choose “Load calendar” on the Events page. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring page under Google's own privacy terms.
Your choices and questions
You can decline optional analytics and continue using the site. You may also ask TTNGH about information you previously sent, or request correction or deletion where applicable.
